A physician, behavioral health professional, school staff or other specialist may refer patients to any of the Highland Behavioral Clinical Services.
Send referrals to info@highlandbehavioral.com. They should include:
- Patient’s name
- Date of birth
- Reason for referral
- Contact information for caregivers
- Referral contact information
